The former All-American runner at UW-Parkside was a personal trainer in Cudahy. “When you see people two, three, four times a week — every week — they become a part of your life,” she said. Thankful for the health and wellness progress she saw in her clients, and grateful for the friendships, she invited everyone out for a Thanksgiving morning run.
